Automated Access and AI Crawlers

Automated access to this website is allowed only for the following:

  • Major search engines indexing the site for public search results, such as Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and Apple.
  • Major AI and large language model providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, Amazon, Mistral, and Cohere. This covers their crawlers that collect content for model training, crawlers that power AI search and answers, and assistants that fetch a page because a user asked about it.
  • Link-preview services that fetch a page to build a preview when someone shares a link, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Slack.

Allowed crawlers must identify themselves with their published user agent, follow the rules in this site's robots.txt file, and keep their request rate low enough that the site's performance isn't affected.

Any other automated access requires written permission in advance. That includes scrapers, data harvesters, content resellers, price or lead-list collectors, and any bot that hides or fakes its identity. 137Foundry LLC may block any automated traffic at its discretion, including traffic from an allowed operator that ignores these rules.

Services

137Foundry LLC provides custom web development, mobile app development, AI integration, and data automation services. The following terms apply to all service engagements:

  • The scope of each project will be clearly defined in a project agreement before work begins
  • Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, will be agreed upon on a per-project basis
  • Communication expectations, including response times and preferred channels, will be established at the start of each engagement

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply if you choose to provide your mobile phone number to 137Foundry LLC and opt in to receive text (SMS) messages from 137Foundry. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to the terms in this section. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

  • Program description. If you opt in, 137Foundry LLC may send you SMS messages related to your inquiry or engagement — for example, appointment and consultation reminders, booking confirmations, account or project notifications, and replies to messages you send. 137Foundry does not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.
  • How you opt in. You provide express consent by submitting your mobile number through the contact or booking forms on this site, by checking a text-messaging consent box where offered, or by otherwise asking 137Foundry to communicate with you by text. Consent is not required to purchase any product or service.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with 137Foundry.
  • Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opting out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from 137Foundry. After you reply STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from 137Foundry unless you opt in again.
  • Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact 137Foundry at info@137foundry.com or 772-244-4676.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. 137Foundry does not sell or share mobile information, opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of work product, including code, designs, and deliverables, will be defined in the project agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the terms of intellectual property transfer or licensing will be outlined before work begins.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
